helpful staff decent variety coffee machine quality toiletries
The front desk staff was helpful. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options. my room had a well kept coffee machine and a safe. i found the provided toiletries to be of nice quality. The bathtub was especially welcome after long days.
I noticed a slight delay during check-in. It wasn't too bad though.

the room was spacious. a well equipped bathroom was available, i noticed discounts for children's menu in the restaurant. bus and metro connections were nearby. the location was convenient for transportation. breakfast was good and included.

the room was clean. the staff switched our room quickly when the air con failed. reception staff were helpful, especially with a parcel after i checked out.
the hotel gave us no drinking water in the room. this occurred even after we paid over £550 for two nights.

friendly staff well-equipped room pancake machine unsmooth check-in rude manager air freshener
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped. Breakfast included classic options and fresh fruit. I especially liked the pancake machine.
Check-in was not smooth for our group. We booked two rooms under different names and my sister had to wait for me to arrive. I found one of the night shift managers to be rude. The air freshener was not provided after ordering food.

attentive staff local pub crispy bacon
I found the bar staff attentive. they always remembered my drink order. they offered good recommendations for local pubs. the included breakfast offered scrambled eggs and crispy bacon every single morning. i was also happy with the bus stop right outside the door. It made getting around very easy.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet near the window.

my room included a television with several channels and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee. the bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower stall with good water pressure. everything was clean and well-kept.

breakfast had a buffet with both hot and cold options, including pastries and fruit. the food was AMAZING!!! there was also a coffee machine that brewed fresh coffee and tea. the dining area was spacious and usually not too crowded.

the breakfast had a wide range of options and i found the environment comfortable. flor, the waitstaff, was super friendly and cute. the room was clean. all the amenity items like body wash were nice.
